Ningbo Xiongteng Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. The company is located in Beilun, Ningbo, the beautiful coast of the East China Sea, with convenient water, land, and air transportation. It covers an area of more than 15000 square meters and has fixed assets of 80 million yuan. For many years, the company has always adhered to the business philosophy of "integrity and pragmatism, innovation and win-win", and implemented the quality policy of "endless improvement, pursuit of zero defects, adherence to honesty, and continuous satisfaction of customer needs.". We have hired dozens of experienced product and mold design engineers, and cultivated an excellent professional precision sheet metal processing team. After more than ten years of unremitting efforts, the company now has four major high-tech medium-sized enterprises, namely, sheet metal, welding, stamping, and spray molding workshops. A complete production chain ensures production stability and cost advantages. We strictly follow the IATF16949 standard to design and produce precision hardware, sheet metal parts, and other manufacturing and processing products. The products are involved in many fields such as automobile, IT industry, shipbuilding, medical treatment, textile machinery, etc.

Our products are exported to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan, the Middle East and other countries and regions. As a leading enterprise in the industry, we adhere to the adoption of the cutting-edge technology, the high-end equipment, and the advanced manufacturing systems to continuously meet the high standards of customer demand. Reliable production equipment ensures stable quality. We have imported advanced manufacturing equipment from Switzerland, Japan, and other countries, such as Swiss Baichao laser cutting machines, Japanese AMADA CNC presses, bending machines, and Panasonic welding robots. The flexible processing mode from rapid sheet metal proofing, small batch production, to mold stamping and mass production is realized for different customers to choose from. In addition, the company also has over 50 sets of 1500T, 1000T, 500T oil presses, 16T-630T high-precision punching machines, stainless steel shot blasting equipment, a complete automatic powder spraying line, and an electroplating surface treatment outsourcing factory with professional anti-corrosion treatment to meet the processing needs of various products.

Perfect and sound quality testing is the basis for stable quality. We have introduced industry-leading testing instruments such as three coordinates, projectors, tensile testing machines, smoke testing machines, film thickness meters, and color difference meters to ensure the quality of our customers.
